Spring Cleanse Herbal Workshop

This workshop provides an introduction to the cleansing and healing properties of spring herbs that are popping up all around us. 

Medical Herbalist, Anneliese Lambeth-Mansell, will teach you about the many health benefits of the plants that grow in spring. Come and learn how to use these herbs for a springtime cleanse, and to support the detoxification processes of the body.
